White Masterbatch – High Opacity, Bright Finish, Superior Coverage
Dynamic white master batches are concentrates of Titanium Dioxide (Ti02) in a polymer carrier. They office a convenient way of incorporating To02 in thermoplastics to provide white color, without, contamination by dust. They have perfect dispersion and optimized flow properties, resulting to maximum hiding power and easy processing.
Titanium Dioxide used in all Dynamic white masterbatches (unless otherwise specified) is of the RUTILE COATED type, which ensures high opacity colouring strenth, dispensability and excellent UV-stability. Certain types of Dynamic white masterbatches contain a combination of TiO2 with other white pigments and calcium carbonate, that provides economy as well as technical benefits in many application.
