High-Quality Additive Masterbatches

Dynamic Polyblends Masterbatches offers a wide range of Additive Masterbatches that enhances the performance of plastic products. Our high-end Masterbatches are used to impart a variety of special properties in plastics, which drastically improve the quality, longevity and resistance of the end product.

Transform Plastic Creations with Customizable Additive Masterbatches from REPIN Masterbatches:

If you are looking to make your plastic products functional and improve the overall quality, then don’t forget to utilize additive masterbatches. Whether you are looking for abrasion-resistant, chemical-resistant, lightfast marking, or conventional flame protection, these additive concentrates perform brilliantly. We are the leading additive masterbatch manufacturer and exporter in India.

What are Additive Masterbatches?

Additive masterbatches are granular concentrates for thermoplastic modification made of one or more additives and a carrier resin tailored to a specific polymer.

Such masterbatches may contain UV stabilizers, antioxidants, lubricants, demolding agents, foaming agents, antistatic agents, nucleating agents, anti-blocking agents, diffusers, laser-marking additives, IR absorbers for laser welding, mattifying agents, and metal/copper deactivators.

Versatile Use of Additive Masterbatches

There is no doubt that the additives Masterbatches are a versatile and economical way to improve the functionality and appearance of different plastic products. Such masterbatches can be used for a variety of purposes, as explained below:

  1. Injection & Blow Molded Articles: They can create various blow- and injection-molded products, including containers, toys, home appliances, and automobile parts. And They can enhance these products’ appearance, robustness, and usability.
  2. Rotational Molding: Additives masterbatches can be used to create water tanks, pallets, and other substances, hollow products in rotational molding. They can make these products stronger, stiffer, and more durable.
  3. Mono & Multi-layer Films: The creation of industrial, agricultural, and food packaging films and mono- and multi-layer films is possible using additive masterbatches. They can enhance the clarity, strength, and barriers of these films.
  4. Pipe Industry: They can be utilized to create pipes from materials like PPR and HDPE. They can increase these pipes’ corrosion, heat, and UV light resistance.
  5. Non-Woven Fabrics: Non-woven fabrics such as diapers, sanitary napkins, and wipes can be made using additive masterbatches. They can improve the softness, absorbency, and strength of these fabrics.
  6. Jumbo Bags: Like non-woven fabrics,  Jumbo bags, which are large, flexible containers used for storing and transporting bulk materials, can be made using additive masterbatches. They can increase these bags’ strength, durability, and puncture resistance.

OPTICAL BRIGHTNESS MASTER BATCHES
Our company’s optical brightener is suitable for PP and PE plastic products.
It is in the form of granules. All products using recycled materials can use
optical brighteners. It can help your plastic products using recycled materials
have bright colors. The addition ratio is 0.5%-1.5%, the addition ratio is very
small, which can achieve good results and help you improve your market
competitiveness.

PPA MASTER BATCHES
Add 1-2% of this product (the initial use will have 60-90 minutes of effect
time according to the equipment, base material and shear rate, etc., it is
recommended to add about 2%, and the proportion can be reduced to about
1% after the effect time; The long-term continuous use of equipment does not
have an effect time) can improve the processing performance of polyolefin,
and will not affect the physical properties of the resin itself, nor will it affect
the bonding, printing and heat sealing properties of the produet.

UV MASTER BATCHES
HALS are extremely efficient stabilizers against light- induced degradation of
most polymers. They do not absorb UV radiation, but act to inhibit degradation of
the polymer. Significant levels of stabilization are achieved at relatively low
concentrations. UV Masterbatch is available with concentration from 10% to 20%
using high quality of HALS which helps to protect the polymers against UV
Degradation and strength the production level.

1.  ANTIBLOCK MASTERBATCH
Antiblock Masterbatch is used to lessen the adhesion of the surface of products made from the formulation of like or different surfaces. These Masterbatches act by producing a slight roughening of the surface. By doing that, they allow easy opening of bags and quick separation of plastic sheets of any kind.

2. ANTIOXIDANT MASTERBATCH
Antioxidant masterbatch is a category of additive that is mixed into plastics during their production to prevent the materials from being degraded by oxidation agents. This can be caused by various things, for instance oxygen, heat and even light.

3. SLIP MASTERBATCHES
Slip masterbatches are used to enhance the smoothness of films by reducing the tackiness of resins and bring about a reduction in film coefficient of friction. It functions by migrating to the surface and forming a lubrication layer on it. Slip additives are normally based on fatty acid amides.

4.  ANTI-STATIC MASTERBATCH
Anti-static masterbatch designed to reduce or eliminate the buildup of static electricity on the surface of plastic products. Static electricity can attract dust and cause various issues such as handling difficulties, contamination, and interference with electronic components. Anti-static masterbatch contains additives that help dissipate or neutralize the static charge, enhancing the overall performance of the plastic material in various applications.
